Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle everyday inquiries across a range of digital products, delivering friendly, patient support in Norwegian and English.

No deep technical know-how is required; full training and relocation assistance are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers an opportunity to gain global experience while living abroad.

Your Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll help users with everyday questions and non-technical issues across a range of digital products and services.

You'll support customers with things like:

• Play Store questions and troubleshooting
• Google Pay and payment-related enquiries
• Google for Families support
• Questions about Books, Movies and other digital services
• Navigating products and finding the right solutions
• Providing friendly and professional support in Norwegian and English

You won't need to be a technical expert. You'll receive full training and the tools you need to become confident in the role.
