Job Description

We are looking for a Senior OpenText Asset Manager, working close to one of our main clients in the banking sector.

The successful candidate will provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform, maintain the platform and its infrastructure, be the primary contact for Platform Owner, Technical Issues and OpenText, Internal development requests from stakeholders, Develop stories for our Platform and Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams, Write test cases, Track Release status together with Release Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong background in software engineering
• Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
• Willingness to be on call when needed
• Spanish is a big plus
• Good English level (C1)
