We are seeking a skilled Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM and strong leadership abilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, working closely with project managers to ensure client satisfaction. Key tasks include defining solution architectures, interacting with clients' architects, writing technical specifications, providing effort estimations, leading development teams, reviewing code, coaching and guidance, ensuring quality and performance requirements are met, release management, and developing critical system parts.

To excel in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with technical and business users, have strong knowledge of Java, especially in web projects, and be able to identify requirements and define technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology, has a proactive mindset, and can share their ideas and bring them to life. Essential qualifications include experience with Test Driven Development, familiarity with the Java Content Repository API (Jackrabbit / CRX), knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services, and ability to extend existing products and leverage their APIs to create a customized web experience.
