Una empresa busca un especialista en soporte técnico-comercial para soluciones de señalización digital en España. El objetivo del rol es actuar como puente entre los equipos de ventas y técnicos, diseñando propuestas adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente. Se requiere un título en ingeniería o informática y al menos 5 años de experiencia en pre-venta. Los candidatos ideales deben dominar tecnologías digitales y tener habilidades de comunicación y presentación excelentes.

Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de pre-venta, preferiblemente en AV o IT.
• Capacidad para diseñar propuestas técnicas para proyectos de señalización digital.
• Mentalidad orientada a resultados y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar apoyo técnico y comercial durante el ciclo de venta de soluciones de señalización digital.
• Recopilar requisitos técnicos de los clientes y equipos internos.
• Preparar documentación técnica para ofertas y licitaciones.

Job Description:

Role Objective

Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle for digital signage solutions. Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to design, present, and defend solutions tailored to customer needs.

Job Location: Spain: Madrid or Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather technical requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Design technical proposals and system architectures for digital signage projects (hardware, software, connectivity, CMS, etc.).
• Support the sales team in customer meetings, presentations, demos, and proof of concept.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical-commercial materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to identify suitable solutions and update product catalogs.
• Prepare technical documentation for bids and tenders.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of digital signage technologies: professional displays, video walls, content management systems (CMS), players, networking.
• Experience integrating hardware and software in commercial or corporate environments.
• Familiarity with communication protocols, LAN/WAN networks, and remote control systems.
• Proficiency in technical design tools (AutoCAD, Visio, etc.) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).

Professional Profile

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in AV or IT.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented and team-player attitude.

Added Value

• Spanish native, advanced English (spoken and written) and Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in international or multicultural projects.
• Certifications in digital signage or AV & IT are a plus
