NTT DATA Business Consulting is a division that focuses on strategic and transformational projects such as innovation, performance improvement, customer experience, digitalization, business analytics, and talent management, within a wide range of sectors : industry, banking, public administration, utilities, insurance, telecommunications, etc.

We are currently looking for Senior Consultants to join our fast-growing team in the Industry vertical (including clients in FMCG, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, airlines, manufacturing, real estate, etc.) based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Your role :

• Responsible for projects delivery : develop and present project deliverables according to NTT DATA quality standards
• Lead and support junior colleagues, distributing workloads and leading and guiding the generation of deliverables and project documents
• Support the development of commercial proposals with autonomy
• Collaborate and coordinate within a diverse team, beyond your scope of work, demonstrating listening, communication and flexibility skills

Specific requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political science, or similar
• Master or equivalent educational background will be an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in a high pace environment is a must (management consulting, Investment Banking, or similar)
• Proficiency level in English and Spanish; other languages advantageous
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
