About the job: Digital Sales Strategist - Barcelona, Spain
About the role

As a Sales Digital Campaign Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, profile prospective customers, discover their needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses collaborate better, innovate, and grow. As part of the Sales Development team, you will be the first contact for numerous businesses, engaging them proactively to generate enthusiasm, identify their needs, and guide them along the most suitable sales path.

You will work towards individual targets while contributing to the growth of our customer base across EMEA. The role is primarily phone-based, involving outbound calls to customers.

Requirements
  • Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Some background in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and working towards targets within a team
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate multiple business models
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer experience
