Overview

Digital Sales Specialist (Spanish & Italian / Portuguese Speaking) – Crayon Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain

Join to apply for the Digital Sales Specialist role at Crayon. This position focuses on acquiring new customers and partners, retaining existing ones, and collaborating with Account Managers to generate leads and drive up-sell and cross-sell within the cyber security portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and partners; retain existing ones through multi-channel communication with customers and social platforms
  • Work with lead generation and follow-up of sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell from other key services and vendors within the cyber security portfolio
  • Proactively generate new qualified leads to grow your individual book of business
  • Conduct cold calling and use various communication channels to engage prospects
  • Document activities properly, forecast opportunities accurately, and communicate relevant information about new opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer teams toward common goals, account plans, and retention strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing)
  • Ideally 6+ months of experience in lead generation and/or cold calling
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, IT, or a related field (advantageous)
  • Fluent Spanish and Italian or Portuguese
  • Location: Madrid, Spain; Hybrid work arrangement
  • Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Spain
