ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate fluent in Italian to join our outbound sales team in Spain. You will build relationships over the phone, identify client needs, and present ADP solutions to Fortune 100 and growing businesses.

The role requires strong closing skills, outbound sales experience, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. You will partner with internal teams to drive revenue and customer success.

Things You'll Do

• Drive our business forwardby reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans.Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP familyby strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions.
• Collaborate dailywith both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Experience You Need

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
• A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
• Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
• Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
• Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
• Fluent inItalianandEnglish
