Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a dynamic Digital Sales Team Manager with natural sales instincts, ethical values, and technical skills to lead our office-based sales team of Digital Sales Representatives.

Your primary focus will be on leading your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.

We are seeking someone passionate about helping others grow their sales careers, courageous, and entrepreneurial in thinking. You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Sales and work in a hybrid/remote setup from our Barcelona office.

Responsibilities
  1. Hire, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives covering Southern Europe.
  2. Achieve and surpass quarterly sales targets and pipeline goals.
  3. Ensure successful collaboration between Digital Sales Reps and Territory Sales teams.
  4. Motivate team members to exceed sales goals through coaching, training, and regular communication.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing to develop campaigns that generate high-quality leads, with proper metric reporting.
  6. Report on team and individual performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion rates, and billings.
  7. Work with sales operations to identify areas for productivity improvement.
  8. Develop Reps into sales-ready professionals for future roles.
  9. Align with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Sales Operations to optimize customer pathways and grow territory metrics.
  10. Create an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in enterprise applications, with a record of exceeding quotas.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience establishing effective communication with teams and customers.
  • Prior inside sales experience, ideally in technology.
  • Commitment to continuous sales skill development through coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's career framework.
  • Visionary and objective leadership approach.
  • Fluency in English and either German or a Nordic language.
