ABOUT THIS ROLE :

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of business development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead Generation: Assist in the generation of high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling (primarily), social media (LinkedIn) outreach, and email follow-ups.
  2. Prospecting: Identify key decision-makers within your given target accounts and initiate outreach to schedule demos of our solution.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and articulate how our solutions address their specific needs.
  4. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contacts, interactions, and deals created in the CRM system.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with your Account Executive/s and directly with our Co-Founder on client meetings and any necessary follow-ups until the deal is closed.

Qualifications :

  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Prior experience with cold calling.
