Apply now for the position ofThe Digital & Automation Product Sales Executive will report to the Head of Digital Business in Spain and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. This role includes account management, contract negotiation, and sales activities, such as product demonstrations, customer visits, and advising on digital solutions and technology upgrades.
The executive will work closely with global and local implementation teams, partners, and sales teams to ensure an exceptional digital experience for Siemens Healthineers (SHS) customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and acquire strategic customers, building trusted relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
-Manage the sales process, including the preparation and follow-up of contracts and orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
-Analyze customer needs, proposing tailored solutions and facilitating the adoption of SHS digital products.
-Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and coordinating with relevant teams.
-Prepare weekly account management reports, business development opportunities, and key account metrics.
-Represent SHS in industry events, conferences, and user meetings, ensuring a professional company image.
-Become proficient in internal systems such as CRM, SharePoint, and other corporate tools to optimize commercial management.
-Collaborate with internal teams and customers to identify, negotiate, and resolve project risks effectively.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in developing and maintaining business relationships in the healthcare sector. They should be results-oriented and place the customer at the center of their strategy.
Key Skills and Competencies:
-Experience in the Health IT sector, with knowledge of medical imaging, telemedicine, or home care services.
-Consultative approach, with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Spanish and English.
-Strong influencing and strategic decision-making abilities.
-Critical thinking and analytical skills to assess different approaches and solve problems.
