Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will introduce prospective clients to ADP's solutions, build relationships, and secure new business from a range of organizations, from Fortune 100 to small businesses. We will support your skill development and offer advancement opportunities, competitive pay, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  2. Convert prospects into clients through cold calling, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable ADP products.
  3. Cross-sell within existing accounts by highlighting new solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain excellent customer relations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales skills: assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, with excellent closing abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a record of exceeding quotas.
  • Effective time and activity management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and English.
