Morpheon is a digital product and creative studio in Barcelona seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the team. This full-time hybrid role lets you work from home up to 4 days per week and coordinates end-to-end delivery of apps, websites, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing initiatives.

You will bridge clients and multidisciplinary designers and developers, translate requirements into actionable tasks, manage timelines, risks and quality, and run regular progress meetings with stakeholders.

Formación

• Min 3 years managing digital projects from planning through delivery.
• Min 2 years working with web/app development and/or UX/UI teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Owns issues and finds solutions independently.
• Excellent communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to prioritise and keep projects moving with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with agile/iterative workflows and tools like Jira/Trello/Asana.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital projects (apps, websites, UX/UI, branding, digital marketing).
• Build project roadmaps, sprints, priorities and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate designers, developers, marketing specialists, partners and clients.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
• Proactively follow up on deliverables, dependencies and actions.
• Identify risks and blockers and propose solutions.
• Test and verify deliverables before presentation or release.
• Run regular project meetings and progress calls with clients and internal teams.
• Balance client expectations with team capacity and project requirements.
• Review and improve internal project management processes.
