GAMMAUX is seeking a Project Manager for its internal creative agency serving a leading financial services client. You will nurture internal client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes across creative, marketing, and CX initiatives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate timelines and budgets, and contribute to proposals and pitches. A hybrid model with two days in office is offered.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments.
• Excellent project management skills with experience using PM tools.
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken); Spanish a strong plus.

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager for an internal creative agency with a leading financial services and insurance client. You will manage and nurture internal client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes across creative, marketing, and customer-experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, marketing and CX initiatives.
• Oversee planning, timelines, resources, budgets, documentation and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, CX, development, copywriting, production) to ensure smooth execution.
• Support Business Units across the globe.
• Guarantee consistency in brand, quality standards and best practices across all deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and internal pitches.

What are we ideally looking for?

• Full professional proficiency in German and English (written & spoken). Swiss German and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Around 4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
• Highly organized profile, able to manage projects with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients, teams and creators.
