Formación

Our client is an internationally renowned cosmetic and dermatology company, a market leader in Spain, committed to providing innovative solutions for skin health and care.

We are currently looking for a DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER to join the Digital B2B Corporate Team and support the implementation of initiatives targeted at healthcare professionals across several international subsidiaries.

The selected professional will be responsible for coordinating the execution of digital campaigns addressed to healthcare professionals (such as pharmacists and doctors), ensuring local adaptation, consistency, and performance monitoring across key markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define strategic objectives (short, medium, and long term) for digital engagement platforms targeting healthcare professionals within selected subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with local affiliate teams to support the deployment and adaptation of B2B digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, UX / UI, and CRM to ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Anticipate and manage potential risks or delays, providing appropriate solutions when needed.
  • Facilitate clear and regular communication with key stakeholders on project deliverables and expectations.
  • Evaluate campaign results and platform performance using appropriate metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze data to optimize ROI and propose improvements or new functionalities to increase user engagement.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital engagement strategies for healthcare professionals.

Candidate Profile :

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or healthcare-related context (consultancy or in-house).
  • Languages : Professional English (minimum B2 level).
  • Technical Skills : Strong command of Excel and familiarity with CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
