Digital Program Manager - Supply and Demand Planning

We are looking for a Digital Program Manager - Supply and Demand Planning to join our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Strategy and Tech Team.

The Role :

As a Digital Program Manager - Supply and Demand Planning , you will manage a Business Transformation Program for the Nespresso Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning, establishing the technical foundations for the future Nespresso IT ecosystem. You will ensure the successful delivery of the transformation, following established methodologies, overseeing program structuring, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, while maintaining program integrity and quality.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Establish program structure and implement agile project methodologies where relevant.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams related to re-platforming programs :
  • Business operating model transformation led by Nespresso
  • Global / Above Market governance and operating model transformation
  • Technical re-platforming team
  • User experience workstream
  • Ensure program success according to defined criteria.
  • Establish program governance and secure executive sponsorship.
  • Manage interdependencies and external suppliers.
  • Develop and execute a milestone-based program plan.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting.
  • Manage the program budget.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and issues.
  • Conduct reviews with stakeholders to address needs and changes.
  • Measure success in enabling business cases.
  • Close the program and projects effectively.
  • Manage team and resources aligned with company principles and values.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in Digital / IT and direct-to-consumer industries.
  • 5-7 years in leadership roles managing major projects, including agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain Demand and Supply Planning digital transformations.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Business language.
  • Experience working in global and virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, Prince2 Agile, Lean Start-up, KANBAN, SCRUM).

  • Procurement and Portfolio Management familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Nespresso's organizational structure and systems like OMP, Order Management, and Transport Management Systems.
