The Product Lead Martech will join the Digital Growth Hub and Commercial Product team, which is part of the Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions organization. This team is responsible for managing the worldwide solution portfolio, roadmap, and projects around these areas. The digital organization is entering for the first time into the Martech area, so this candidate will work on building the capabilities and the collaboration model with both business and the rest of the digital organization. The Martech Product Lead will own a wide range of applications that need to be correctly integrated with both Opella business functions and external partners to allow best-in-class Marketing Technology. In addition, the Martech Product Lead will coordinate the Product Owners and Scrum Masters working on all our brand websites.

Main responsibilities :
Ownership and strategic oversight of Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), and related marketing technology platforms.
Coordinate product owners and scrum masters across brand website development projects.
Define and enforce standards for content management, asset workflows, and product information processes.
Monitor and analyze martech tool performance metrics.
Serve as primary point of contact for martech tool ecosystem.
Oversee budgeting for martech tools and related initiatives.
About you
Has worked in Digital Product Management for Marketing Technology.
Is able to influence both business and technical teams and is comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders from different seniority levels.
Has experience with Martech tools like PIM, DAM, Social Media Listening, etc.
