Overview

We are seeking a leader to manage a team of digital specialists and oversee the performance strategy for a major global client focused on technology products such as smartphones, TVs, computers, and tablets.

The ideal candidate will be highly client-focused, proficient in digital disciplines (particularly search and social media, as well as display and programmatic advertising), and possess strong management and interpersonal skills. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

How you’d spend your day :

  • Recommending online strategies to maximize revenue and ROAS.
  • Managing the entire online ad campaign process: planning, optimization, and reporting, including website and promotional analysis.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients to provide campaign feedback, focusing on conversion rates and online sales.
  • Defining marketing strategies with emphasis on SEM, Social Ads, programmatic, and display channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs across all marketing channels.
  • Conducting research and analysis to forecast campaign profitability.
  • Proposing innovative and profitable solutions for new campaigns focused on performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in marketing and media agency environments, with platform activation experience (Google, Meta, etc.) highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of online media in a business context.
  • Ability to optimize costs and measure performance success.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and familiarity with metrics.
  • Experience in media planning and managing large online campaigns.
  • Technical knowledge of performance pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex information across departments.
  • Quick learner capable of proposing simple solutions for new campaigns.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
