Job Description

About This Role

As a Digital / Omnichannel Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s digital transformation by ensuring the effective integration and optimization of omnichannel strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, enhance customer engagement, and provide operational support to maximize the impact of digital initiatives. Your insights and proactive approach will help improve business outcomes and drive continuous improvement across therapeutic areas.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze data from multiple channels to extract valuable insights and optimize the omnichannel experience.
  • Support various departments in leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assess customer experience across channels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of Customer Engagement Plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and medical teams to ensure a seamless and effective omnichannel strategy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in digital initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, preferably in Healthcare Digital Marketing.
  • 1 year of completed internship experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
  • High level of initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with CRM, Veeva, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
