A global consulting firm in Spain is seeking a Digital Media & Events Technical Support Engineer to facilitate Enterprise Virtual and Hybrid Events. You'll ensure smooth operations by preparing and collaborating with consultants, while maintaining the technical infrastructure necessary for these events. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with AV equipment and live events platforms, along with a strong willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Formación

  • 5-8 years of experience in Event management or related fields.

Descripción del empleo

Your role as a Digital Media & Events Technical Support Engineer involves supporting Enterprise Virtual & Hybrid Events and Webcasts. You will prepare for events with consultants, ensure smooth service delivery by operating at events, and maintain the necessary technical infrastructure.

This role requires significant interaction with Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Partners, senior business leaders, and other internal stakeholders, both locally and globally.

Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Experience using TriCaster systems, Flowics.
  2. Working knowledge of complex live Events platforms.
  3. Working knowledge of industry-standard video editing techniques.
  4. Experience handling Audio Visual (AV) equipment for events (Kaltura, Zoom, Streamyard, ECDN, encoders, decoders, mixers, hardware/software).
  5. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  6. 5-8 years of experience in Event management or related fields.
Good to Have:
  1. Knowledge of Content creation and engagement tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Flowics, Mentimeter).
  2. Foundational knowledge of Video Conferencing and Audio solutions.
  3. Understanding of 3rd party Creston and room-based video integration solutions.
  4. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
