Job Title: JR014189 Digital Marketing Sr. Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Sr. Manager develops and implements digital strategies aligned with business and medical goals. Working within a team of four digital marketing professionals, you will optimize digital platforms, create targeted campaigns, and produce engaging, compliant content. Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement, in collaboration with our global IT department, external partners, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Manage and optimize digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, portals).
  3. Design and execute targeted digital campaigns across channels.
  4. Create compliant digital content with brand teams.
  5. Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and improve initiatives.
  6. Identify new digital technologies and trends.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, especially IT, brand, and market teams.
  8. Manage external agencies and partners.
  9. Oversee and optimize the digital marketing budget.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in digital marketing, with 3-4 years in pharma or life sciences.
  • Proven experience managing complex digital projects.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics; Veeva CRM and Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Innovative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, multitasking, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and passion for digital healthcare innovation.
  • Advanced degree in marketing, digital communications, business, or related field.
