Digital Marketing Sr. AnalystCountry : Spain
Banco Santander is seeking a strategic, innovative, and collaborative Digital Marketing & Data Strategy Manager to lead our global initiatives on data-driven marketing, and advanced campaign activation. This role will define and execute how Santander builds compliant, customer-centric, and high-performing digital marketing strategies across markets, ensuring both regulatory alignment and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Data driven Project , enabling data activation across major platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and developing advanced use cases such as Customer Match, Enhanced Conversions, and Value-Based Bidding.
- Design and implement data-sharing methodologies that integrate client information with consent protocols, supporting compliant campaign execution.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to optimize end-to-end customer journeys , ensuring efficient, conversion-oriented, and regulation-aligned onboarding flows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Digital Sales, Marketing, Technology, CRM, Analytics, Legal) across multiple countries to deliver aligned digital initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and global frameworks to measure digital marketing effectiveness, campaign ROI, and customer experience, integrating insights into decision-making.
- Partner with agencies and tech providers (e.g., Publicis, Google Cloud) to leverage AI-driven solutions , synthetic audiences, and cloud-based data models.
- Act as a bridge between corporate and local markets (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Portugal, UK, Spain…) to resolve onboarding challenges, scale best practices, and ensure consistent execution.
- Define and scale global consent management standards (Golden Rules) across technology, legal, and customer experience, ensuring consistency and compliance across markets.
Qualifications
- years of experience in digital marketing, data strategy, and marketing technology, ideally in financial services or international organizations.
- Expertise in consent management, privacy regulations, and marketing data activation .
- Proven track record in leading complex, cross-market digital projects in matrixed environments.
- Experience with advanced digital marketing tools and frameworks (Google, Meta, programmatic, CRM, econometrics, attribution models).
- Familiarity with AI / ML applications for marketing analytics, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across global and local levels.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Strategic thinker, proactive, and highly adaptable to a rapidly changing regulatory and technological landscape.
