About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about using digital channels to deliver real-world impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  2. Design and build ad creatives: static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics
  3. Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility
  4. Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
  6. Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Zapier, etc.)
  7. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C environments
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in automation tools such as Zapier
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Self-starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines, and autonomy
  • Passion for healthcare, social impact, or mission-driven work
