La Zambra Hotel 5* GL. Located between Malaga and Marbella, the former Byblos hotel – a hedonistic icon of the 80s and 90s – is reborn as La Zambra. The hotel has 197 rooms, all with terrace and magnificent views of the pool, golf courses or the mountains. La Zambra Resort GL, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, spa, four restaurants, free private parking, two tennis courts, fitness centre, kids club, and luxurious meeting & event spaces.

We are looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, who will play an essential role in the strategy, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns, with a focus on data analysis and metrics to create reports and inform decision-making.

Key Functions

Strategy, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Collaborate in the strategic planning of marketing campaigns.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret metrics and data from campaigns (online and offline) to create reports.
  • Conduct market, competition, and trend analysis to support decision-making.

Project Management and Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing projects in collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure successful and timely execution.
  • Coordinate the organization and execution of events and other activities for both external and internal clients.

Digital Marketing

  • Participate in the management of digital marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements based on analysis and insights.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper execution of digital campaigns, optimizing for enhanced performance and effectiveness.

Content Collaboration

  • Contribute to the creation of strategic and impactful content.
  • Provide ideas and creativity for continuous improvement of campaigns.
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of photo shootings.

Administrative Tasks

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of department activities.
  • Prepare itineraries and coordinate logistics for events and press trips.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge of digital marketing and interpretation of KPIs

Familiarity with social media and interpretation of key KPIs

Proficient in the use of Business Manager

Analytical mindset

Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities

Desirable: Knowledge of the luxury industry
