Who We're Looking For
Adoreal is scaling rapidly, and this role is designed to support that growth. As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic operator who can take on high-impact work that supports both our social media and broader growth marketing efforts.
This person should live in Europe and be authorized to work in the country they are living in.
This person will collaborate closely with the Digital Content Marketing Specialist, taking ownership of executional marketing tasks while supporting client communication, project management, and content quality. They must be detail-oriented, action-driven, and comfortable operating across a fast-changing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Execution
- Support all clinic content implementation processes after automation (e.g. final content QA, campaign readiness, feedback routing)
- Maintain brand consistency across all scheduled posts by reviewing captions, creatives, and platform-specific nuances
- Align clinic content rollouts with marketing campaigns, making sure messaging matches live priorities
- Ensure campaign assets are deployed only after internal readiness steps are complete (e.g. training sign-off)
2. Growth Marketing Support
- Assist in implementing clinic-level and cross-clinic campaigns, including offer launches, awareness pushes, and platform-specific initiatives
- Collaborate on the planning and rollout of digital projects across paid media, lead funnels, and promotional assets
- Provide support in synthesizing and applying performance learnings from previous campaigns
- Contribute to market and competitor research as needed
3. Relationship & Client Communication Management
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clinics on tactical matters (e.g., content updates, asset requests, rollout confirmations)
- Coordinate closely with the Digital Content Marketing Specialist to keep clients informed, aligned, and engaged
- Ensure no campaign or platform activity goes live without clinic awareness or approval
- Maintain clinic-specific documentation to support personalization and trust
4. Project & Process Coordination
- Track content and campaign production workflows across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ensure deadlines are met by managing task progression between content creators, automation team, and clinic touchpoints
- Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to flag delays, surface dependencies, and simplify sprint planning
- Maintain documentation for campaign rollout timelines, review protocols, and clinic launch sequences
- The role will focus on what cannot yet be automated : judgment, tone calibration, relationship stewardship, cross-team orchestration, and maintaining creative quality at scale.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or client management
- Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-location social media execution
- Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Excellent communicator — both in writing and verbally — across internal and external contexts
- Experience managing timelines, tracking projects, and organizing deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Proactive, organized, and responsive — not afraid to take initiative or push for clarity
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in aesthetics, health & wellness, or clinic-based marketing
- Exposure to automation tools and AI-based content workflows
- Competency with ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, or equivalent tools
