Digital Marketing Manager - Job description :
Role Purpose

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with strong strategic capabilities and a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape. This role is responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts to drive qualified traffic, improve user experience, and convert visitors into loyal customers across our Shopify-based platforms. The ideal candidate combines a data-driven mindset, a deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, and customer acquisition strategies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to drive high-quality traffic, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
  • Map and analyze the consumer journey to identify friction points and improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
  • Build and lead a data-informed marketing strategy, using insights to guide decisions on channel mix, messaging, and campaign design.
  • Develop and manage a cross-functional marketing calendar in coordination with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics), aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Define and adapt the digital communication strategy according to audience segmentation and behavioral data.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Specialist to ensure the timely and accurate execution of campaigns and updates within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for new tools, features, or integrations within Shopify that can support personalization, automation, and growth.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between the brand’s positioning, content, and customer expectations throughout the entire digital journey.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing roles within an e-commerce environment, with proven success in driving online growth.
  • Strong command of SEO and SEM, with the ability to define strategy and supervise execution.
  • Functional knowledge of Shopify and how it supports marketing initiatives and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting digital data to guide business decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and content performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English. German is a plus.
