Are you passionate about empowering sales teams with the tools, training, and strategies they need to excel? We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, increasing efficiency, and optimising sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Sales Enablement Strategy – Develop and implement a structured enablement strategy that supports sales growth, productivity, and revenue targets.
  • Training & Development – Design and deliver engaging training programs, sales boot camps, and coaching sessions to enhance selling skills, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
  • Content & Playbooks – Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and value proposition materials that align with the buyer journey.
  • Technology & CRM Optimisation – Leverage sales enablement platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot), and AI-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and a seamless sales experience.
  • Onboarding Excellence – Design structured onboarding programs to help new hires ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Analytics – Monitor sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted solutions to drive measurable results.
  • Sales Readiness – Ensure the team is equipped with the latest industry insights, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to win more deals.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training within a fast-paced environment (B2B SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, SPICED, Challenger) and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to measure and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
