Sulzer is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will drive multi‑channel campaigns, lead generation, and marketing automation using Hubspot, while aligning with sales to accelerate growth.

Based in Madrid, you will optimize landing pages, content, SEO, analytics, and CRM integration, reporting KPIs to measure impact. You will collaborate with international teams to enhance brand visibility and support Sulzer's growth objectives.

Formación

• Hands-on knowledge in digital campaign setup and performance tracking.
• Experience in website creation and maintenance, marketing automation, content marketing and social media marketing.
• Excellent understanding: HubSpot is a must; good understanding of CRM systems.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in lead management, marketing automation and digital marketing project management.
• Excellent knowledge in website analytics (Google Analytics), SEO and ability to work across a matrix org.

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who possesses a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation using Hubspot and the data‑driven optimization of marketing activities. Overall, we are looking for someone who can drive impactful digital initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and in particular contribute to business growth in a strong collaboration with the business.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on Awareness and Lead Generation Campaigns: Setting up comprehensive multi‑channel campaigns for awareness, lead generation and retargeting
• Creation of landing pages, paid ads (Google, LinkedIn and others), webinars, newsletters
• Monitor and manage lead lifecycle, lead scoring, nurturing, contact segmentation, and data cleansing
• Development and execution of compelling lead nurture programs across target business segments and sales funnel stages
• Sales Enablement and Integration: Educate, enable and encourage the sales teams regarding demand generation processes and tools to ensure leads generation and conversion to opportunities; ensure sound integration of marketing automation tools with CRM for end‑to‑end processing of leads; evaluate and support sales‑initiated marketing activities
• Website Rehaul and Content Optimization: Define new webpage components to optimize web page UI / UX; improve content based on keyword research, SEO/GEO/AEO aspects, consistent with Sulzer brand and style guidelines; optimize website structure and technical basics to ensure all content is highly visible to users and AI
• Reporting and Metrics: Report and develop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure business impact of digital marketing activities

Requirements

• Hands‑on knowledge in digital campaign set up & execution and performance tracking
• Proven work experience in website creation and maintenance, marketing automation, content marketing and social media marketing
• Excellent understanding: Hubspot is a must; good understanding of CRM system
• Minimum of 3‑5 years experience in lead management, marketing automation and digital marketing project management
• Excellent knowledge in website analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), Google Ads, SEO / GEO and the ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within a matrix organization
• Analytical mindset
• High degree of independence and pragmatism
