About The Role

The role of Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, incl. but not limited to SMS, USSD, BTL as well as social media and performance-based campaigns.


Responsibilities include:
  1. Drive and optimize SMS and USSD campaigns based on KPI requirements.
  2. Design and oversee all aspects of our integrated digital and BTL marketing campaigns, including programmatic & display advertising campaigns as well as social media.
  3. Develop campaign strategies and plans for multiple products and services offered to our clients for a focus not only on acquisition but also engagement KPIs.
  4. Manage always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns for multiple digital products and services on a daily basis.
  5. Develop and maintain a social media presence for key services across all channels.
  6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  7. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  8. Evaluate important campaign metrics that affect our website traffic, revenue targets, and target audience.
  9. Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  11. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
  1. Solid knowledge of website, marketing and BI analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Matomo).
  2. Demonstrable experience in leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Minimum of 3 years working experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  5. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
  6. In-depth knowledge of SMS campaigns as well as various digital and BTL marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  7. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  8. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  9. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments preferred.
