  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real time to achieve KPIs.
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations to improve both paid and organic channels.
  • Own tracking systems and ensure accurate implementation of pixels, tags, and performance dashboards.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports highlighting ROI, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide insights to guide creative decisions and channel mix.
  • Oversee website updates, content accuracy, and user experience improvements.
  • Work with developers / designers to enhance functionality, conversion, and design.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and monitor site performance metrics.
  • Partner with the Creative Digital Strategy Lead, global marketing, and sales teams to align performance goals with brand objectives.
  • Ensure campaign creative is data-driven and integrated into broader brand storytelling and activations.
  • Support global openings, seasonal launches, and brand partnerships with targeted digital campaigns.
Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing budgets.
  • Proactive collaborator with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in paid media (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic).
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
  • SEO / SEM experience and website optimization skills.
