We are on the lookout for a strategic yet hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

This includes branding, content creation, social media management, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and event promotion (both online and offline).

• Location: Remote / Flexible
• Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement Metaluck’s digital marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring high engagement and audience growth.
3. Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, and newsletters.
4. Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
5. Organize and promote online and offline events, webinars, and industry conferences.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
7. Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, or sustainability sectors.
2. Strong branding and storytelling skills.
3. Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
4. Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies tailored for industry professionals.
5. Event marketing experience, including webinars, trade shows, and networking events.
6. Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to measure and optimize campaigns.
7. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
