Harmoney is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager (Part-time, Remote) to take the lead in shaping and executing our digital game plan. This role is perfect for someone who wants ownership, flexibility, and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple marketing touchpoints — without being tied to a 9-to-5 desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute B2B and B2C digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Own Harmoney’s digital presence — from social media and email marketing to SEO / SEM and performance tracking.

Create and manage compelling content across platforms : blogs, newsletters, landing pages, social posts, and more.

Lead the charge on paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) — from setup and targeting to optimization and reporting.

Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and dashboards.

Keep our website updated, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and conversions (WordPress preferred).

Stay on top of digital trends, competitors, and opportunities — and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Collaborate cross-functionally and help support broader marketing initiatives (yes, we love a team player!).

What You Bring to the Table

4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (B2B and / or B2C).

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Experience with performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).

Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.).

Basic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting tools.

Self-motivated, organized, and proactive — you know how to manage your own schedule and priorities.

Bonus : experience in a startup or fast-paced remote environment.
