Overview

OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site has launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication, with proven expertise in at least two digital marketing channels.
• Create effective copy for marketing campaigns.
• Set up, optimize and manage paid and social campaigns to hit goals; set realistic monthly goals, track results and prepare monthly reports.
• Develop strategies to ensure Qualified Candidates sign up, create free profiles and engage with the site.
• Encourage Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis.
• Grow our social following and increase organic visitors from various search engines.
• Improve re-engagement and onsite stickiness to bring back visitors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Hands-on expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO.
• Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.).
• Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns.
• Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results.
• Ideation-driven with a proven ability to create strategies to meet goals.
