Onclusive is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team in Madrid. You will conduct research, manage campaigns across Onclusive’s markets, and optimize conversions to hit lead generation targets.

You will collaborate with the Field Marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns across web and social channels, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-territory collaboration.

Formación

• 4–8 years of campaign management and conversion optimization experience.
• Experience working with cross-territory teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Growth Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team at Onclusive.

You will be responsible for conducting research, managing campaigns, and optimizing conversions for all of Onclusive’s markets.

You will work closely with the Field Marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns and strategies across various platforms that help hit lead generation targets, and will support the wider Digital Marketing team with the development of the Onclusive digital strategy.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends
• Develop and execute advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Optimize conversion rates through continuous testing and analysis
• Manage media buying activities to maximize ROI
• Create engaging ads for various channels, including web and social media platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
• Manage relationships with with external suppliers and agencies where relevant
• Support wider marketing activities as required such as website content uploads, website updates, marketing team training, digital budget administration, and more.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in campaign management and conversion optimization (4-8 years experience)
• Experience working with teams across multiple territories
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools and platforms
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies is a plus
• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
