This exciting opportunity is at the heart of the International Consumer Services (ICS) organization.

The Digital Marketing Specialist role supports the Consumer Acquisition organization by executing digital marketing activities to acquire new Cardmembers. You will work across a wide range of initiatives to help ensure the attainment of market acquisition objectives.

This role is ideal for someone motivated to bring value, learn, collaborate, and achieve targets as part of a team; with digital marketing acumen, the ability to communicate clearly and creatively, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Web Content: updating web content via a content management platform, improving SEO of existing acquisition pages, liaising with web design, creative agencies, and the Central SEO team.
  • SEM: managing SEM strategy, coordinating with the Central team to modify and create campaigns, including campaigns for our Insurance products.
  • Required Skills: digital skills, self-learning capability, fluency in English and Spanish, effective communication with stakeholders, and attention to detail.
  • Additional Requirements: strong organization and planning skills, credit card business knowledge, and experience with Salesforce is valued.
