About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to architect the next phase of growth at Lenses. In this role, you’ll build a high-performance marketing engine - combining data, automation, and the latest innovations to drive demand and accelerate adoption across the biggest global enterprises.

This is a senior leadership position for someone who thinks big, moves fast, and builds systems that deliver. You’ll take full ownership of our digital strategy - from paid acquisition and SEO to performance analytics - and work cross-functionally to align marketing with product launches, developer advocacy, and revenue growth.

You won’t just report on KPIs - you’ll define and continuously challenge them. And you’ll lead with a mindset focused on speed, scale, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a owner of the Digital Marketing strategy & able to present to executive team
  • Able to operationalise paid media, SEO, automation, and funnel optimization while leveraging external agencies and specialists for execution.
  • Challenge and guide external partners by validating optimization strategies & assumptions and holding teams accountable to KPIs, targeting, and ROI.
  • Develop a clear framework for experimentation, performance measurement, and optimization, ensuring continuous improvement across channels.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Developer Relations to align campaigns with product launches, go-to-market motions, and developer advocacy programs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and scale marketing operations through modern tools and AI solutions.
  • Own digital marketing reporting - turning data into insight and insight into strategic decisions that improve acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage marketing budget with a focus on impact, ROI, and agility - allocating resources across channels and initiatives based on performance and maximization opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital / performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools
  • Proven track record driving data-led growth across digital channels, both paid and organic
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics solutions
  • Strong ability to challenge and guide agencies or internal teams on execution
  • Hands-on with the latest marketing and AI tools - eager to learn and adapt
  • High ownership mindset with a drive to deliver, optimize, and go beyond expectations
  • Experience hiring and growing high-performing marketing teams
  • Creative problem-solver with a get-things-done attitude
