As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. Working as an integral member of our global Industries & Environment and Natural Resources marketing team, you will leverage digital channels to maximize web and social media traffic, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement strategies.
- Structure and develop campaign pages to generate awareness and leads for specific services.
Digital Optimization- Collaborate with the marketing team to review and update web pages on the SGS global website.
- Ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices to improve visibility and traffic.
- Develop and enhance customer journey mapping using marketing automation tools to drive engagement and conversions.
- Research audience preferences and stay up-to-date with changes in digital marketing trends, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
Social Media Management- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of social media strategies, optimizing based on market trends and audience insights.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule based on data and customer engagement metrics.
- Oversee social media account layouts, including LinkedIn Showcase Pages, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and fostering engagement.
Email Marketing & Live Events- Coordinate and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Plan and coordinate webinars and LinkedIn Live events in alignment with business strategies and marketing plans.
Analytics & Reporting- Define key digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs), track, and measure results with support from the digital analytics team.
- Provide comprehensive monthly and yearly performance reports, along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including global and local marketing teams, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Implement social media training to ensure a consistent and effective online presence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or similar role.
- Native English speaker preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, website user experience (UX), marketing automation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in current AI tools and a strong willingness to explore emerging AI-driven marketing technologies.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing KPIs.
- Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social) and content management systems (e.g., Sitecore) is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Clipchamp.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
