Purpose of the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with businesses and digital marketing agencies in Germany, identifying the best advertising solutions to help them achieve growth. This will involve tailoring strategies, offering advice, and helping clients maximize their return on investment (ROI) through digital advertising.

Working within a highly target-driven environment, youll be expected to meet individual sales targets while contributing to a broader team effort aimed at expanding the client base. Your work will directly influence the online marketing environment in Germany and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies and agencies, offering strategic advice and performance-enhancing solutions tailored to their needs.
• Help businesses and agencies achieve the best possible ROI by consulting on their digital marketing strategies and delivering solutions that align with their goals.
• Promote and upsell additional digital products to enhance clients digital advertising efforts.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
• Communicate proactively with clients through multiple channels, including phone, video calls, and email, to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize customer experience and ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Native-level proficiency in German (both spoken and written).
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• 0-1 years of sales experience.
• Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, AdSense, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• A passion for technology, online advertising, and marketing, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating leadership when required.
• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
• Permanent contract with long-term growth opportunities.
• Competitive salary: Starting from 30,000 gross per year plus up to 3,500 in bonuses.
• Hybrid working model with a base in Barcelona.
