We are looking for a Danish-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid/onsite role, where you will work from our Barcelona office while also having the flexibility to work remotely within the city. In this role, you will help Danish-speaking businesses optimize their digital marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights, developing strategies, and ultimately contributing to their long-term success.

Position Overview:

As a Danish-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to consult with clients from Danish-speaking regions (Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands) on how to enhance their online presence through our digital marketing solutions. You will develop strategies that help clients achieve their marketing objectives using tools such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, and other online advertising platforms.

This is a hybrid/onsite role, where you’ll be working from our Barcelona office and can also work remotely from within the city. The company will provide all the necessary equipment (laptop, software, etc.), and we offer a competitive salary, health and life insurance, and various career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting Clients: Serve as a trusted consultant to Danish-speaking clients, advising them on how to improve their digital marketing strategies using our products and services. You will help them optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other search engines.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns for your portfolio of clients. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ad performance, targeting, and ROI.
  • Strategy Development: Develop customized marketing strategies based on clients' business needs and objectives. Create compelling proposals that address challenges and provide clear solutions using digital marketing tools.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with Danish-speaking clients. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis and insights to recommend optimization strategies. Track KPIs such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI, and customer retention to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about digital marketing trends, the latest industry innovations, and changes in the online advertising landscape. Use this knowledge to continuously improve campaign strategies and provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Account Management) to ensure that clients’ needs are met and campaigns are executed successfully. Communicate client requirements clearly to cross-functional teams.
  • Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions on new product features, updates, and best practices. Continuously improve your digital marketing expertise and stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native or near-native Danish (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to engage with clients professionally and effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in online advertising and campaign management (Google Ads, SEO, social media, etc.). Experience working with Danish-speaking clients or in the DACH region is a plus.
  • Consultative Selling: Strong ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored marketing solutions that meet their objectives. Excellent communication skills to pitch proposals and present strategies in a compelling manner.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and analytics to drive campaign decisions. Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Tech-Savvy & Digital Mindset: Comfortable using digital marketing tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems. A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape and trends.
  • Goal-Oriented & Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving KPIs and targets. Strong focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
