Una empresa global en la fabricación y distribución de componentes de instrumentos musicales busca un Especialista en Marketing Digital y eCommerce. Este rol híbrido implica coordinar campañas digitales, trabajar con equipos internacionales y mejorar la experiencia del usuario en plataformas eCommerce. Se requiere experiencia previa en marketing y habilidades avanzadas en inglés.

Formación

  • 2-4 años de experiencia en marketing digital y eCommerce.
  • Inglés profesional nivel C1 para coordinación internacional.
  • Experiencia con Shopify y o industria musical es un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar con agencias externas y ejecutar la estrategia digital local.
  • Gestionar Google Ads, Meta Ads y otras campañas pagadas.
  • Optimizar la tienda en línea y proponer mejoras en UX/CRO.

Role Summary

Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor of musical instruments components and accessories, is looking for a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist with strong hands-on experience and tactical vision to execute their digital strategy in the European market. The ideal candidate combines skills in digital campaigns, eCommerce platforms, and the ability to coordinate external agencies. This role works in close coordination with the marketing and eCommerce teams in their US branch, reporting directly to the President of Europe, the VP of eCommerce EU, and the VP of Marketing US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Coordination
  • Execute the local digital strategy aligned with the eCommerce global objectives.
  • Coordinate work with external agencies (SEO, SEM, CRO, UX, etc.).
  • Prioritize tasks between EU & US stakeholders and consolidate performance reporting.
  • Digital Advertising and Campaigns
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Implement strategies for acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
  • eCommerce and Website Optimization
  • Oversee and optimize the online store (Shopify or similar platform).
  • Propose and implement UX and CRO improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers / developers for seamless user experience.
  • Content and Communication
  • Plan and execute email marketing and automation campaigns.
  • Manage social media and conversion-focused content strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track results and KPIs using GA4, dashboards, CRM, and other tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for leadership and marketing teams.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Experience managing campaigns and external agencies.
  • Able to work independently and results-driven.
  • Professional English level (C1) for international coordination.
  • Experience with Shopify and / or music industry background is a plus. Playing guitar or having prior experience in the music industry will be highly appreciated.

Pay : 33,000.00€ per year
