Job Summary

Yurbban Hospitality Group is growing, and were looking for a detail-oriented, data-savvy digital marketer to help elevate our onlinepresence and performance across all touchpoints. If youre passionate about digital strategy, love diving into analytics, and have a strong understanding of how to activate audiences through data, wed love to meet you.

As Digital Marketing Analyst , you will be key in ensuring our digital ecosystem is consistent, effective and performance-driven. Youll collaborate closely with the Revenue, CRM and Brand teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to drive traffic, conversion and loyalty.

Your key responsibilities

Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns and channels, turning insights into actions.

Lead and optimize SEO and SEM strategies.

Coordinate with Revenue Management and external agencies to ensure alignment across acquisition and conversion strategies.

Audit, manage and update all third-party listings (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.).

Collaborate on UX / UI improvements across our websites to ensure seamless and conversion-focused user journeys.

Develop and manage CRM strategies, including :

Database segmentation and management

Email marketing and automated flows

Customer journey mapping and loyalty activation

Support campaign execution across digital channels to ensure consistency and performance.

What we value

Experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors.

Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Solid knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce or similar).

Understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO and UX / UI best practices.

Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Fluency in English and Spanish (Other language is a plus).
