Amaris Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst with Connectivity & IoT focus in Spain. You will collect and analyze requirements, bridge business and tech teams, and define IoT connectivity solutions across projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in IoT/ connectivity projects, strong analytical skills, and English fluency. Barcelona-based or remote-friendly within Spain. Flexible work options and pro development opportunities offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in connectivity, IoT, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IoT architecture concepts and connectivity protocols (MQTT, REST APIs, HTTP, etc.).
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders in the connectivity domain.
• Act as the liaison between business units and technical/development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of IoT and connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Create and maintain functional documentation including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support project management activities: planning, follow-up on deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the testing and validation phases, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions within the connectivity ecosystem.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
