Position overview
Sanofi is seeking a versatile individual with strategic and operational expertise in digital healthcare, health solutions and digital marketing activation, that can lead the path towards our ambitions.
This role demands challenging the status quo, developing concrete transformative proposals, and driving implementation with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings energy, positivity, project management, data fluency as well as expertise in digital and health technologies.
The role will require to partner with subject matter experts in multiple competency domains such as marketing, customer engagement, medical, omnichannel, analytics, regulatory. The individual will identify the right stakeholders at the right time to create the right operating network; he/she will thrive creating a dynamic environment, capable of influencing others and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and diverse stakeholders to achieve our ambitions in connectivity & digital engagement.
Main responsibilities
Leadership:
Lead the strategic direction and execution of assigned projects, fostering the transformation and development of digital healthcare services, connected solutions & transformative digital engagement
Maintain communication with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency, progress updates, and a positive momentum for the different initiatives
Lead the definition of digital strategy ( digital healthcare services, connected solutions & transformative digital engagement) based on the portfolio need & customer preferences, in collaboration with global/marketing/customer engagement/medical/omnichannel ; consider insights on local ecosystem, trends to inform the strategic development process and adapting it to the local context
Inspire the organization leveraging solutions as ways to answer to patient’s needs, with the support of the physicians (customer first)
Innovation and Development:
Propose innovative solutions and challenge existing practices to unlock or create new value for patients, healthcare professionals, and care teams
Introduce new technologies and approaches to enhance program efficiency and overall effectiveness
Leveraging sophisticated data, artificial intelligence and analytical capabilities to identify and prioritize opportunities
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the strategic planning, deployment, and launch of the different projects
Provide guidance on the operational aspects of transformation efforts, ensuring smooth integration and execution
Ensure hands-on approach on marketing related executional aspects
Define and track KPI’s and metrics to ensure executional performance as well as strategic impact
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformative initiatives with business objectives.
Foster alignment and coordination across teams, be a trusted partner for both global and local teams in identifying solutions, overcoming challenges, and celebrating successes.
About you
Qualifications
· 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech industry, consulting firm preferably with experience in digital, digital healthcare, health solutions, digital marketing or omnichannel
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree (MBA and/or advanced medical/pharmaceutical degree) preferred
· Experience in Diabetes and/or Cardiovascular sphere is preferred
· Proven success in leading transformation initiatives and managing operational changes
· Strong ability to prioritize and focus on key matters.
· An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in project management, agile ways of working, leading large cross-functional initiatives.
· Excellent communication (spanish and english) and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to build relationships, anticipate and mitigate challenges.
· Demonstrates teamwork, accountability, and initiative.
· Outstanding organizational skills, thriving in high-energy environments that demand adaptability
· Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results
