  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing.

Mission

Overview

Nagra Sport provides over-the-top (OTT) streaming services for sports content owners. It is part of the Kudelski Group, which is a global leader in digital security and convergent media solutions. Nagra Sport partners with owners of attractive sports content, such as leagues, federations, clubs, or broadcasters, and develops and operates a direct-to-consumer OTT service in partnership with them. The OTT service offers a branded and customized platform for fans to access the content. Nagra Sport handles the technical aspects of the OTT service, such as encoding, encryption, delivery, and monetization, as well as the marketing, customer service, and analytics. Nagra Sport shares the revenue generated by the OTT service with the content owner, creating a win-win situation for both parties. More than often, a significant source of revenue comes from in-app advertising and sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Role

Be our Advertising leader across strategy, product and operations, with responsibility for:

  • Ad-related product strategy
  • Google Ad Manager daily operations
  • Performance metrics analysis and actions recommendations
  • Interface to our Advertising partners: sales houses, advertising agencies, sponsors

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage our strategic plan for app and web advertising products, integrating the latest trends in sports media and digital marketing, ensuring alignment with our monetization goals and our broader strategic objectives.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover growth opportunities and industry best practices.
  • Exploit our rich analytics to get the insights required to optimize our monetization performance.
  • Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize monetization, balancing user experience impacts.
  • Propose partnerships across Nagra's offerings, including our D2C OTT services (video and gaming) and FAST channels.
  • Propose and implement strategies to acquire, retain, engage and better monetize users across multiple channels.
  • Propose strategies to increase programmatic ad CPM.
  • Develop and fine-tune ad formats across our sales partner tech stacks to optimize revenue in various markets.
  • Lead the integration of our Google Ad Manager platform with our sales partners.
  • Manage and operate daily our Google Ad Manager platform, including campaign setup and adjustments, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product objectives and partner deliverables.
  • Select and integrate third-party platforms to enhance monetization strategies, including Data Management Platforms and Sales management tools.

Requirements / Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing , or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in GAM, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and other growth channels and tools.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to generate insights and ideas from data and experiments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for sports and sports media.
