SailPoint seeks a Digital Experience Specialist in Madrid to drive UX implementation, content publishing, and project execution across customer-facing platforms such as the Support portal and Identity University.

You will partner with UX, product, engineering, and enablement teams to ensure on-brand, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences that delight users and support business outcomes. Proficiency in CMS, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in UX production, content publishing, or digital project management within B2B/SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex UX projects and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered planning.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, digital agencies, and frontend developers.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics to drive decisions.
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and enterprise CMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate design decisions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UX implementation, content publishing, and project execution for key customer platforms (e.g., Support portal, Identity University).
• Influence front-end experience design decisions with a customer-first approach emphasizing accessibility and clarity.
• Optimize digital journeys by identifying friction points and driving solutions to improve satisfaction and task success.
• Collaborate with internal developers and external agencies to create and deploy assets aligned with brand standards.
• Own planning, testing, and execution of content and design updates across customer enablement and support platforms.
• Establish scalable, agile processes for digital project planning and alignment across teams.
• Use web analytics and UX research to assess platform performance and guide continuous improvements.
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to refine pages and flows for better engagement and conversions.
