Job summary

UNICEF Valencia is seeking a Digital Impact Specialist to lead the development, implementation and operation of secure digital platforms for fundraising, partnerships, and knowledge management. The role focuses on governance, lifecycle management and responsible innovation through AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

The incumbent will manage ICT platforms supporting UNICEF’s digital strategy, collaborate with national committees and COs, and promote innovation through technology for PSFR

Qualifications

• Advanced University Degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, information technology management or related field.
• Minimum five years in information technology management and business operations in a large org or corporation.
• Experience designing AI-enabled web apps with responsive front-ends and robust back-ends.
• Experience with enterprise CMS/DMS that support multilingual, multi-site editorial workflows.
• Documentation of software requirements and design; experience with version control and DevOps.
• Knowledge of ICT project management, business analysis, information management or related ICT domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development, implementation and operations of fundraising ICT platforms (DXP, CMS, CRM).
• Strengthen application governance and lifecycle management; promote AI, automation and cloud use.
• Manage integration points across business applications and knowledge management tools.
• Collaborate with partners, business owners and strategic partners to foster innovation through technology.
