Due to growth in Queensland, we are looking to add Digital Engineering resources to our team. This is an opportunity to submit an expression of interest to join us.

The Digital Engineering Manager will deliver value-driven outcomes, ensuring confidence in digital information among team members and stakeholders, aligned with the Digital Engineering vision and management plan.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement digital strategies and technology roadmaps
• Create digital products and services to deliver measurable customer outcomes
• Innovate and deliver digital solutions during design and construction phases
• Maintain digital quality assurance through auditing
• Complete Digital Briefs and establish governance for new projects
• Lead collaboration across various teams including development, project management, design, construction, and ICT
• Set standards for digital workflows and data models
• Support project teams in technology adoption and innovation
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement

Required Skills and Competencies :

• Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering and construction
• At least 5 years' experience applying digital engineering processes and platforms
• Experience managing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
• Experience implementing BIM / Digital Engineering on large projects
• Familiarity with digital systems and software such as Bentley Microstation, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ITwins, Revizto, etc.
• Knowledge of data environments like ProjectWise and related technology mapping
