The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in graphic design and video production, along with a strong creative portfolio. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to transform concepts into visual assets, creating high-impact videos, and ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines. Fluency in English is required.

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for crafting captivating videos and dynamic digital content? At Sonova AG, we are seeking a talented Digital Designer to create compelling video and animation content that elevates our brand across global B2B and B2C channels. Join our dynamic Creative Studio and help shape the future of hearing care through powerful visual digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into captivating visual assets
• Create high-impact videos and animations tailored for diverse audiences and platforms
• Edit and produce multimedia content with precision, speed, and creative flair
• Design a wide range of visual materials including print and digital layouts, image creation and manipulation, graphic design, and 3D animations
• Translate key brand messages into engaging formats across video, print, and digital media
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Source, edit, and optimize imagery for both print and digital marketing campaigns
• Manage projects independently through online management tool, delivering on time and exceeding expectations

Your Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design and video production with a strong creative portfolio
• Skilled in 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong conceptual thinking with a business-growth mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
