ABOUT THE JOB

As our Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the UX and digital design of a wide range of online marketing materials, ensuring that all assets are aligned with our brand identity and business goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Designing and optimizing web pages and blog layouts for user experience and performance
• Creating visually compelling ad creatives, including static and video formats for digital campaigns
• Developing engaging email templates and landing pages with a focus on conversion
• Designing banners, icons, and other graphic elements for use across digital marketing assets
• Creating content marketing visuals such as infographics and visual explainers
• Working closely with the Online Marketing teams (Web & SEO, Digital Acquisition, and CRM & Email Marketing) to improve user experience and acquisition through design
• Maintaining visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborating closely with our creative and design agency to coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met
• Managing design project timelines and prioritizing workload efficiently between internal and external resources

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital design within a marketing or creative environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, ad, email, and video design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and performance-driven visuals
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and with external agencies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
