You will be responsible for designing marketing assets and collaborating with the UX team. With a starting freelance retainer of €750, there is potential for a full-time role at €1,500 monthly. Formación

• 2-3 years designing experience for SaaS or fast-growth tech brands.
• Comfortable presenting rationale in English & Spanish.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain.

Part-Time Brand & Digital Designer (Hybrid, Madrid)

Contract : Freelance — €750 / month → full-time hire potential at €1 500 by December 2025

Schedule : 09 : 00 – 14 : 00 (Mon–Thu), in our offices in Jacinto Benavente, Madrid - Friday Home Office

What you’ll do

• Own the look & feel of new marketing landing pages (Figma + Webflow / HTML hand-off).
• Design scroll-stopping social media assets, one-pagers, pitch decks & presentations .
• Collaborate with our UX lead to beautify wireframes in Figma and maintain the design system.
• Craft original icons & micro-illustrations that give TRATO a unique voice.
• Create short motion / video snippets for product launches and ads.
• Guard and grow TRATO’s visual identity across every touchpoint.

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 yrs+ designing for SaaS or fast-growth tech brands.
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
• Comfortable iterating quickly and presenting rationale in English & Spanish.
• A love for clean typography, bold colour, and storytelling through design.
• Must be legally authorised to work in Spain and be in the office daily 09-14h.
